The Technical Writer is responsible for working closely with both internal and external teams in order to draft, format, and proofread technical documentation. The documentation (e.g. requests for information (RFIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, user manuals, and other technical documents) is prepared in a collaborative manner with both internal and customer cross-functional teams to meet the rigorous requirements of a regulated industry. The Technical Writer will also be responsible for the preparation of additional documentation (e.g. technical reports, marketing material, proposals, imaging review charters) as needed.
